So here I was on a hot day hungry again. I look in the fridge, I don't have any leftovers. I'm like that's fine~~~ I'll look for something else. I look in the pantry, there's not much there except soup cans and ramen packets. I don't want Cambell soup, so I look somewhere else. I look in the freezer and I honestly don't know why I looked in there, I don't want anything in there. So! I decided to say "Whatever! I'm having fried rice as my whole meal." I remember I cooked the last of the bag of rice and checked the fridge for some rice I can use. there's maybe half a cup of rice in there or about 64 g (for everyone else in the world). So I say "Whatever! (for a second time today) I'm going to try to fried rice with noodles instead of rice." So I quickly grabbed an egg, an onion, packet of ramen, oyster sauce, and a hot dog (as it was the only form of meat in the fridge). I started to make it I sauteed the onions, scrambled the eggs, fried the hot dog, and slightly boiled the noodles. It was time to add it all in one pan and add the oyster sauce. I added it all in the pan but I was having a hard time mixing the noodles with the other ingredients. The noodles were sticking together. I added the oyster sauce and did my best to mix it with everything and did that successfully. When I ate it, some times I would only eat noodles and other times it would only be the other ingredients. It was fine but I kinda wish it was evener. I wish I knew why it was sticking together so I can fix it.

Oh nice! I don’t have chicken breasts right now but I’ll probably try this one out when I have some. I all ways look for recipes when I have some.

I recently found a site where you can find a family recipe for dinner. I really liked this chicken breast.

There's no real way to fix sticky noodles. If they aren't sticky, then something is definitely wrong. They do say one way to know if spaghetti is cooked is to throw it at a wall and see if it sticks, and ramen is no different. The best way I've found to mix ingredients with noodles when they aren't in a broth is to use butter. I like eating my ramen dry (the broth keeps it hot, and I usually have to eat quickly), and the seasoning blends much better when a bit of butter is melted in, working somewhat as a lubricant.

Noodles stick together because they release starch while boiling. Starch gathers on their skin and thus make it sticky...I love food.
