      I like how he did his eyes but I don't like how he defines his jaws, it's so well defined that it looks unnatural or maybe it's the angle of the photograph that makes it look like that?

      I think mebbe its a mask, skin tone and then one of the stick to your skin like bodysuits but for bald people, applied under chin with flesh colored body tape
