So, I made it.
Good news: it tastes great.
Bad news: it's so rich, I think I almost died when I ate one after lunch. x x

So, changes I made. Normal milk instead of soy milk, vegetable oil instead of canola oil, I used crunchy peanut butter, and I added a ton of chocolate chips because I was inspired by this one photo I found when googling cookie recipes.

Funnily enough, it doesn't look as good to me as it did when I first saw the picture and started obsessing about them (yes, this is a photo of the product of the recipe, except in bar form).
Anyways, these things taste pretty good, but also taste like a lot of calories and death by sugar. You have been warned.
