A crowd around you, me in it,
But you talk to the crowd not just me in it
I try to give you a glance, you dodge it.
I wonder if it's knowing or unknowingly.

A side of me smirks with glee
A rush in my blood to pull you out of the crowd
To run away, to make you only look at me
To make you answer my advances,
And come up with your best excuses to me...

But... I need to do this. Just do this. How to do this? When... Now? Or maybe I kinda still wish you would be the one pulling me away from the crowd and make me look at you? That thought keeps me back...

I can shout out in the middle of the crowd... But what would you think? What will the crowd say?

And before I know it, the crowd has your attention. Before I know it you move away. Before I know it the crowd shifts. Before I knew it I am standing alone. Alone in the crowd... Waiting for another day...

But... Still there's time... To do or not to do. Within a conflicting desire to take you away, within I just scream "Take me away"...

      Makes me think of an idol/someone well-known/popular...
