Irony of fate or me just being a lazy hamstah

So I had this assignment to make, and it would be very much preferable to have it done fast. And, so I spent several days turning the internet over in search of relevant information and the guidelines and all and I still couldn't do it and it was a rather stressful time, tbh. I made it with difficulty after I was done I decided to look through my desktop and I found a book that was used mostly as a decoration as I hadn't really had the time to look through it after I got it, and I decided o give it a read. In the contents I see a line that is basically what I needed and I go to the page marked, and what do I see? The thing being explained quite thoroughly and now I am feeling a bit down.
