Macaroni is boiled and then mixed with sautéed peppers, onion, tomato, mushrooms, beans, diced carrots, cabbage, and ground beef.
-Powder ginger and garlic were added to the sauté

Notes: came out bland, but the ground beef wasn’t a bad idea.
Note 2: How did I not notice salt was an ingredient >.>
Note 3: beans, add beans. They really help in making this filling.

-continue thinking of vegetables to add
-consider experimenting with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Italian seasoning, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, lemon juice, and fresh coriander.

Add a bunch of shredded cheese to it while it cooks and at the end. The heat will melt it and it will automatically become creamy

note 4: Forget the pasta. Make everything as is sans pasta, then put it on top of rice.

      @Issis it's a way to clean out the fridge. As for al the vegetables, it helps make it more filling. It leaves me feeling empty without them.

      I don't really like it with so many veges so my mum makes it with just vinegar, soya sauce, tomato, onion and capscium with all of you experimental seasonings (except for coriander and lemon juice). And i don't really know in what order all that is added so when i make i just put them all together and it turns out pretty good!:)
