Maiden flowers

Petals of flowers thrown around,
Still no sign of the one I found.

Heart says it's true,
But my eyes seek more,
I pluck my petals one and two...

First were red, then came the rest,
I still see no sign of the one I met.


Curtains have cried that I pulled too tight,
What shall I do when I find the truth.
