Ramen Will Rule Many Hearts of the World!

The original Ramen(拉麺) was an invention of the Japanese as an adaptation of the Chinese-style wheat noodles. Nowadays, ramen is more likely known in the form of a creation by Momofuko Ando, in 1958, the "Instant Ramen". Ever since then, ramen slowly became something that everyone should have eaten at least once in their lifetime, gradually ruling many of the human population's stomachs, including mine.

The invention of the modern instant ramen began as a way to stop wide-spread hunger. Through this invention, ramen started to gradually become widespread for its cheap and non-perishable nature. Thus, the World Instant Noodles Association was created, donating more than 5 million packages of noodles to those in need, fulfilling the ramen's original purpose. These packages of noodles became hope for those who received them, capturing the hearts of many.

Ramen noodles also rule the hearts of many of our average everyday people. How fast it is to make and how delicious it is will instantly gain the favor of many's taste buds. It is still constantly evolving, getting more variety everyday other than the classic chicken, shrimp, and beef. It is also gaining more and more fans as well. To some, it is also their comrade through the times. For many poor college students who have no time nor much money, they are a must have companion through the tough times.

For those who hate instant ramen for its unhealthy nature could be introduced to the original 'Ramen' not only is the texture way chewier and fresh, it also has less of a sodium concentration compared to its instant counterpart. The taste will surely make a deep impression. With more than 105 billion servings being bought in a year and growing, ramen will eventually rule all our hearts, whether with the fast and cheap instant ramen, or the high-class fresh ramen.
