Swimming at Night.

I went swimming at night, yesterday. It wasn't cold it was pretty warm in the water but cold out of the water. It was nice. When I was underwater it was mostly dark but I could see the light (from outside) in the water, creating moving patterns on the pool floor. If I swam on my back I could look at the stars. As it became darker more and more stars could be seen. First, it was 1, then 2, then 3, then... oh nevermind there's too many. The occasional person walking by after a long day. The smell of chlorine was very prevalent, as it was coming from my clothes, hair, and pool water. The ambiance was very peaceful and relaxed due to lack of sound, lack of movement, and lack of bright lights. Time seemed to slow as I remained in the moment. The night slowly ended and time was up. I went home, put my clothes in the wash, took a shower, and went to bed. All in all, it was pretty cool.
