I saw a post on Twitter which says that before we were born, the angels or an angel would come and talk to us while asking if we truly want to live out life, which has been shown in front of us.

Tbh, if I could go back in time, I'd tell my spirit, "Trust me, you'll love the Heaven more, just stay there,"

      @One Perfect Veteran that also makes sense, but I'll just convince myself I could've just chilled in Heaven if I didn't choose to be born

      "Tbh, if I could go back in time, I'd tell my spirit, "Trust me, you'll love the Heaven more, just stay there,"" - I bet it works like a gacha where every time you have to roll and see what fate you have got. If you have got one fate and still choose to stay in heaven, then you will still have to live out the fate you got. So, in order to get a good fate, you have to roll the gacha many times and live out many lives until you get that one cool life.
