The Model Shallow Water Family - Introduction

Yatex:
Here is Yatex i, the glorious Water Dragon.


He was the 9th dragon ever to make his way to Lissidom. He arrived during the Christmas season, and his code (YYtXX) was super beautiful, captivating those around him on first sight~ He was clearly destined for greatness!

Illu:
This is Illu i, the lovely Magi dragon.


She arrived much later than Yatex, but she was also quite remarkable. The two had different hometowns, with him being from the Coast with its rolling waves and oceans, and her being from the icy Alpine mountains, but they got along splendidly.

Shallow Water Background:
It is a well-known fact that Water dragon and Magi dragon pairings can have 3 possible offspring types: Water dragons, Magi dragons, or the very special Shallow Water dragons (a hybrid dragon that can only be obtained though the holy union of a Water dragon and a Magi dragon).

Shallow Water Dragons born in Lissidom are allowed to enlist in the Splash Army, a very prestigous (but non-combatative) army that recruits only Shallow Waters. Every day, the Shallow Waters will perform their unique action- the "Splash". Each Splash takes Lissidom one step closer to joining the ranks of those with the highly sought after "Magikarp Badge". There isn't a dragon in Lissidom that isn't proud of these honorable soldiers.

However, a Water x Magi pairing does not always bring about Shallow Waters.

For example, Yatex and Illu's neighbors, Honjv i (Water) and his wife Zsbq i (Magi), have had 2 children, but neither were Shallow Waters. (link)

Another of Yatex and Illu's neighbors, Gvfnq i (Water) and his wife Feds i (Magi), have tried 3 times to have a Shallow Water baby without success. (link)

It is truly not easy to have a Shallow Water baby.

Their Perfect Family History:
Both Yatex and Illu were first generation immigrants to Lissidom. They quickly settled down and started their happy married life. Soon after, they decided they wanted their own children.

Their first son, Gsnep ii, was a Shallow Water. He served in the Splash Army, bringing a lot of honor to their little family. After he grew up, he married Mrkye ii, a pretty Shallow Water who had immigrated to Lissidom from her maternal kingdom. Together, they had 2 Shallow Water children, who are now healthy adults. Their second son, Emlzf ii, was also a Shallow Water. He also joined the Splash Army, serving his queendom well. Unfortunately, he has not been able to find his lifelong mate yet.

Their third son, Hiw ii, was also a Shallow Water. By this time, Yatex and Illu had become famous in Lissidom. Their rand rates and luck were truly incomparable. They were the model Shallow Water family, the family that everyone else wanted to imitate.

Everything was perfect.
