To keep being vegetarian.. or not?
I heard about the benefits of being vegetarian, and ive been doing this diet for 2 months.
Buttttt... eeeehh i want to eat fish so bad. Steamed fishhh, butter prawnnn...
I sort of made a decision to stick with this, when i became a vege. But now. Hahh

      I think vegetarians who also eat fish are called Pescetarians. You might wanna research into that a bit

      someone that I know was a vegetarian for 6 years but then she got a health issue (I don't remember what kind of sickness but its related to being a vegetarian and its pretty serious) and now she stop being a vegetarian cause the doctor said she should eat more meat. Maybe you can make a cheat day for once a week :sneaky:

      Yea definitely you need protein in your diet. There have been vegan ytbers quitting the diet because they had heath issues in the long term from headaches, lethargic, period loss, etc to being better after eating some meat in a few weeks. There are certain vitamins that can only be found in meats so please adjust your diet to have some protein in it

      The info which prodded you towards vegetarianism is only partly true. Your body cells get destroyed continuously and in order to regenerate them, you need protein in your diet. If you go on a veg diet you need to rely more on milk products and lentils, soy, etc. But plant proteins are not as easily absorbed in our system as animal protein.
      While you should go low on red meat, you can always eat fish. It's good for your health.
      If you are not practising non-violence towards animals particularly, I'll suggest that you don't exclude fish and eggs from your diet.

      I read things about how vegetarian is good for you health, gives smoother skin, reduces pimples and all. I thought, well ain't that amazing, no need regular facial and etc.
      But i'm sick of ittt... still, i am a weird sore loser. I dont wanna give up, but the urge to "just taste the soup from steamed fish and not the meat " :"D
