Venting about my braces

Basically my teeth are all over the place so I had to get go braces. After my appointment they told my I had to have 4 teeth taken out. 1 hasn't been done yet as have to do surgically. And the other 3 were done at the dentist. They stabbed me with like 7 injections which hurt and then basically dug them out. Nearly gave me whiplash. After they hurt so bad for around 12 hours and I couldn't chew anything for like a week. Then 2 weeks after I got my braces. That was on Monday of this week and got told that until they come off in about 2 years or more I can't have chewy or hard foods. Also it has been basically impossible to eat so for the last few days I have been servicing on jelly, Noodles and ice cream. To top it all of my birthday is today and I can't eat cake and might still not be able to chew due to the pain!! :blobtriumph:

      You remind of the little girl I knew who had braces like you Wizard-chan. She also had four teeth pulled out from her mouth but it only took a day and she had two anesthesia injected on her gums and it seemed really weird for her as she looked at her dentist pulling her teeth with the plier (*fu fu fu fu*), it was totally uncomfortable but even with her having braces she was stubbornly eating stuff and eventually had to go to the dentist again to fix her braces. Happy Birthday!♪o~( ´∀｀)っ┌iii┐ I do wish you heal soon so that you'll be able to cope up with eating sweets that you deserved on your birthday but for the meantime, bear with the discomfort, it'll pass away soon~ヽ(-◡-)ﾉ

      That sounds horrible. And this just makes me more firm in my decision to never cave in to my parent's wishes of me getting braces
