In this day and age writing has become one of the easiest things to do. You only need a program on your computer to write on, an idea, and then just hands or just speak into a program that translates your physical words into words on the page.

But what do you need to have to be a good writer? What do you need to do to become one? There are many wellknown writes, like J. K. Rowling, Stephen King, and George R. R. Martin. Of course, there are also many not so well-known authors.

What makes these authors different from the small time ones? Of course, many say luck has a part in it, which it does. But three points I think are pretty important in novels are a good idea, balance between the balance and relation between the physical and non-physical, and understanding of words.

Let's start with a good idea. A good idea to me is one, which has been thought through. As in, you don't just need to get an idea and write. Instead, you should think about the idea, and then expand the universe inside of your mind, getting to the point where you are able to accurately able to see the path of your protagonist.

The second point, the balance and relation between the physical and non-physical. It is a lot of words, so let me get a few examples. So, in case of balance, you need to make sure that between lines of your characters you express their reactions, sometimes emotions, but not so much so that it becomes overwhelming. This can be done through practice. The harder part is relation between the physcial and non-physical. For example, you need to explain the emotional scar they may have gotten from their physical scar. Or explain the scar that made them make a physical scar in themself.

Finally, we have understanding of words. Here it may be a bit more fluffy of a subject, so please be a bit understanding if it gets confusing. So, here what I mean is being able to make a word mean something else. For example, if you need to explain an emotion you use a physical action or distort the sense of sight, or it can be done in many ways.

And though these can be said to be the basics of being a "good" author, I think there is also a fourth one. Emotion and experience. If you have not experienced or felt, you will not be able to write well, as you will not be able to properly explain or relate your emotions to different things.

Reading can be a good tool in that category, as it can be used to both feel and experience. You can feel what it is like to fall in love, or experience death. Maybe even being able to understand such feelings as basic fears or a complicated emotion of hating yet loving someone.

I do feel, though, that the things I have mentioned are necessary, yet not necessary at all. So, if we just take a step back and do not look at it so analytically, if you can even call what I just wrote analytical, then to be a good writer is just to, you know, write.

Writing takes a great deal of practice and repetition. They say a master is not born in a day, and I firmly believe in this statement. School works the same, right? You continue to solve math problems of the same type till you understand. Or continue to memorize the words of a foreign language. Or even continue to do exercises in PE.

Just do your best and I promise you that you will become better. So when you see that large, steel wall in front of your eyes, you just need to find a new way to tacle it, a new way to see it. Maybe that wall is just a person who needs a hug, or a little puppy that needs to be pat.

I have written a lot, and still I feel unconfident about my work. So if you do not see yourself as great, or even good, or even the slightest bit adept at it, but you love it, then continue.

In my experience, I guess you could say I am never satisfied. I feel that it will become dangerous if I become satisfied, so I continue to work as hard as I can to reach my goals, even if it is a small one.

So I guess what I am saying is... do your best and you will reach your goal eventually?

For someone writing is one of the easiest things to do, but for some people it can be a real challenge, especially when you have to write a college paper. Last month I needed to write an essay, and decided to order it from one of writing services. I applied to this service, I read their review, and found that FreshEssays has rather attractive prices. I can't say it's the best writing company, but they delivered the paper on time.
