Why am I still such an insecure person?

Why do I need to think thoughts like "I should be befriending those who come after me not those whom I go after"??? Why can't I just simply make a profile post without thinking ulterior things?

How do I ask someone "Am I a friend to you?" "Did you miss me?" The answer is more likely to be positive regardless of the truth. Because you wouldn't want to break my expectations, because you will just go with the flow. I have been told "I missed you Nyan" by some peeps several times, but I wondered if they were just empty words or meaningful... Well yes, I do choose to believe some are while some are not. But am I believing in the words which is not meant actually? Sometimes I just wish it wasn't just me... And there are times I do feel it isn't just me but... It's so confusing... I feel the need to talk but I can't... Also it's better if I don't overthink things again. And just take it lightly...

      Mm, I miss people from here. You though? Mm, well you haven’t been absent at all for me to miss you, so I can’t say.

      I mainly miss the NUF Private Academy crew. Such as when I don’t see @AliceShiki for extended periods of time, or the many times @Naraku is forgotten.

      I don’t miss @Haxagen and his ice phoenixes, though.

      Jokes aside, @Nyann, sometimes it's best not to think too much about it. The way I see it, it's damn easy ta just ignore a profile post and pretend ya ne'er saw it. But I think if people take the time to respond, even if it's a mere few words, then they've put in some effort at least. I dunno too much about reading too much into things and whatnot because I'm not really that smart, but surely interaction, no matter how little, counts as building rapport, I suppose. So, cheer up!

      @Nyan sempai, well I’d imagine it’s similar to nostalgia? Such as childhood friends. There might be issues now, but regardless you’ll look back on the memories you made with fond eyes. Since they’re the first people I made friends with I like seeing what they’re doing.

      There’s also other nuffians I took note of because of their tastes in novels, such as @zhainan2157 when I still had my MKNR avi. Then there’s people like @GonZ555 and @Arcturus who I didn’t know too well (and still don’t know them as well as I can) but got to know through random shitposts.

      As for you, I mainly know that you like art~ You’re also fun to talk to!

      I totally understand you nee... because even I do the same...I go after people I don't even know miss me or worry about me? I always try to Check up on them...but in the end of the day it seems they don't even bother visiting me ...or the forum itself...:blobsad::blobconfounded::blobsneeze:
