I stand beside your grave
Grieving your leave,
that left me with emptiness

And I wonder whether you'ill be happier if you're here
Or whether you would grieve beside me
Telling me your darkest stories
That you can only hide from others

The moment those eyes closed,
I knew your happiness
Because you're finally freed,
from the darkness
That once chained you

I sit next to your grave
As I tell you about the tears
Of those you leave

Then I cry beside your grave
Because I have no words
To describe how much I miss you
So I can only shed my tears

So I put my roses on your grave
Ninety nine like you once told me
Your wish to get them from the person you love

Then I walk away from your grave
It doesn't matter that you're no longer here
I promise to keep our memories alive
So wait for me, friend?
