    Depending on your 1st.
For ex if born on japan then, japanese, korean, chinsese russia and the like are easier...
If you born on america, then english, indonesia, germany, spain are easier...
Also most important factor are talent and brain capacity....

It's a three way tie between French, Italian, and Spanish. If you gust mean among eastern languages I'd say Japanese or Farsi for speaking but the easiest to read is Korean.

Your first language is the easiest. Then the languages that are similar to your first language. The more different they are, the harder it is to learn them.

How hard or easy to learn the language is heavily influenced by what language you start with and what language you have learn.

Look up your language's family tree. The languages closer to yours will be easiest to you.

If you mean among the ones needed in famous web novel translations, then it may depend on which translations you read the most. There are a considerable number of translators who retain the source language's sentence structure, so you may already be familiar with that. Also, a lot of words are borrowed when there are no direct translations available. This means you already have at least a little amount of the language's vocabulary in your mind.

Nope. Tried to learn formally before, in my university, but barely pass, then a month later, completely forgotten it.

I beg to differ. Imho, java, c++ and c# is easier than C, and my friends whos good at php, html, css, and js, all said that php is much much more easier than C language series, but they can still understand java.
