What is considered balanced? For example, double action means I rolled twice for any roll. To be honest, I like AGI/DEX debuff character, but without speed parameter, I don't know how to apply it here. and AGI/DEX should suffer in STR/MAG for added balance. Therefore the stat growth for HP/MP, and ATK/DEF would not increase. If I use high number for accuracy, debuff may be too strong. But if too low, the character would be unusable.
IDK whether @Nimbus can pull it off, but the game should've been a test of a simple RPG. I am not a technicus, so I wouldn't know how it works.
If thou art wishing for a complex game, thou art wouldst be extremely disappointed. This One wanted test something, so this will be extremely simplified version. So the first skill might as well be redundant, since SPD is not thither. As for stats combined value if hp/mp should be below 150. Combined value of atk/def should be below 25. Level up stat increase: HP/MP: 10/lvl. ATK/DEF: 5/lvl. Distributest them as thee see fit. And pray select two skills for starting.

She doesn't have HP limit only during battle..., when the battle end, the HP reset to her written (150) HP.
