There was a rustling of cloth again and then the sheepish doctor, and Yue Qingyuan left the bathroom, cheeks slightly flushed, followed by Shen Yuan who was fastening the top button of his trousers after having zipped them up again.

There had been no bruises or marks on his thighs, buttocks, back or legs. There had been no signs of any kind of entry, no inflammation or mark of intercourse.

"I hope," Shen Yuan hissed frostily, eyes narrowed with rage, "that now you will stop assuming that I was raped. You can dispense with this rape kit, and these examiners now."

He picked up his shirt and coat and slid them back on, one after the other, buttoning his shirt up all the way to the collar.

Yue Qingyuan turned redder, but nevertheless, had more than a few bones to pick.

"You could start," he returned that icy gaze,"by telling me what the hell happened when you were abducted."

Shen Yuan sighed and seated himself, gesturing for Yue Qingyuan to follow suit.

That was going to take quite a bit of telling and he wasn't minded to let the doctors hear.

"You might as well send them out and pay them for their silence first." Shen Yuan sighed, covering his face with his palm again, shoulders slumping.

Best not to let anyone else overhear this. He didn't want it going anywhere near the press, and he had enough troubles as it was.

Yue Qingyuan frowned,"I already have them on nondisclosure agreements like the rest of my employees," ...most notably his bodyguards who were between him and the door. "...but fine. They can wait in the other room."
