4 Chapters : ZMJ becomes afraid. She watches LY warmly pull NX's hand while praises and appreciates her. The ladies surround them with compliments. ZMJ's body turns stiff. Her pride all disappears without a trace. They worked hard to find connections in order to obtain the two invitations but hardly had the chance to even say a word or two to LY. Because NX is ZLY(not her mom) and MLL's niece, she just had to move a finger to to obtain contact with those whom are difficult to reach in the upper class. The Su family had the opportunity to marry such a noble identity. SY could of brought home a supreme daughter-in-law. He could of married a true phoenix... Because of NXL's business ability, she had almost forgotten her origin. At this moment, she felt the big gap of their identities. She had previously thought that NX was being nourished due to her disappearance for a year, but now... she did not think that the Zhuang's would recognize NX as well as MLL's close attitude towards her. Thinking about the rumors of NX being nurtured seems like a joke. There was never any photo or video evidence. The thought of this made ZMJ's intestines almost blue with regret. Sitting by her side, how could NXL not know what ZMJ is thinking? Her nails have been pinching into her palms. Her original feelings of gloating all dissipated into monstrous hate and resentment. Why! Why does NX get everything! Obviously, she is the Ning family's eldest, she is the daughter of ZLY, she started from birth, all of this should belong to her! The Zhuang's should also be with her! Why do all of her efforts not compare to NX who is only a village raised pheasant! NXL tells ZMJ that because she is intimate with her mother, the Zhuang's do not want to be close to her. She knows that in the relationship between her mother and the Zhuang's, there is a gap. ZMJ argues back how if NXL had listened to her earlier and urged her mother to be thinking of her and for her to be related to the Zhuang's, today, LY's guest would of been her! Her expression was full of complaints. She looks completely different from her previous proud manner. Seeing ZMJ's easy tone made NXL's heart full of irritability. If it's so easy, how could she still not have contact with the Zhuang's side? All she can do is keep a calm face and hold in her anger while watching NX, MLL, and LY's side wander among the honored wives. One of the ladies comment how MLL isn't right, how could she hide such a outstanding niece? Introduce her quickly, what is her niece called? She doesn't know if she's mistaken or not but her niece looks familiar. Several other madame's also repeat how MLL's niece really does have a familiar face but they do not dare to guess randomly. MLL looks at the crowd asking questions, she then looks to NX and see's her looking calm makes her heart very pleased. She proudly announces her good nature niece is called NX. Hearing the familiar name made several ladies suddenly recover. This girl is really NX? A year ago, wasn't this actor a hot topic for suddenly disappearing? Turns out that NX is the Zhuang's niece. This news is amazing! One woman says how this originally was the big star, NX! No wonder she look so familiar. She tells MLL that her niece compared in reality is very beautiful, she could not recognize her for awhile. Another woman tells NX that her daughter is her loyal fan! Can she get a autograph? NXL looks at the wives complimenting NX. She can't help but bite her lips. One woman says how she likes NX's plays, she asks NX if she will continue to act later. Her expression shows she really does like NX's plays. NX tells her that there will be an official announcement later. The lady becomes excited about the news. LY could not help but say how acting is a tiring job, why does NX do it? LY actually believes that acting for a career does not meet the identity of NX, because of her relationship with MLL, she decided to directly ask. NX replies back that she just likes acting, therefore she doesn't really think about it. MLL understands LY's words, she tells her that although she a Zhuang, she wants to rely on her own abilities. If someone else says this, others may not agree, but since MLL said it, they are unable to refute. NX doesn't want to use the Zhaung's background? LMY hears a voice and subconsciously raises his head towards the direction and sees a girl, however, his whole person became startled. He see's a girl wearing a small white dress, her pitch black hair, she was so beautiful, words cannot describe her face and her eye-catching smile. His mind suddenly exploded. MLL introduces NX to LMY. She tells NX that LMY is two years older than her so she should call him elder brother. Hearing this, NX nods. She greets him and tells him her name is NX. LMY returns to god and maintains his composure. He did not want to let anyone find him being strange. He greets her and says how MLL had mentioned her before. Although LMY thought he prevented anyone finding him to be strange, it could not fool LY. Although it was for a moment, she saw her son's eyes become strange. Her son for years had visited various of countries, she had never seen a girl get into his eyes. His marriage was one of her greatest worries. LY tells LMY that NX would be bored chatting with these aunts, since he had just come back, he should take her around for stroll. He tells his mother of course, if NX doesn't mind it, then he is happy to be her tour guide. NX subconsciously looks at MLL. MLL's eyes show a slight light. If she had not see the meaning of LMY's words but also LY's behavior, she would not be able to understand. She looks deeply at LY, not caring about NX, she gave the go. Maybe MLL knows that NX will not fall for LMY, she is well aware NX and LTX are married and how intimate XB is with her. Considering this may made her not so worried about what LY trying to set up NX and LMY together.
It was highly unlikely to be him, since that guy surname is Lin. But I really wish it was him so, the story can move along instead of introducing bug that will just be shut down by NX in a couple of chapters. It would be super funny if it was him. Imagine MLL pulled the lieutenant along to chat with NX, like an old friend. He was surprised to see NX awake and walking after being unconscious for 2 years. NX greeted him but don't actually remember meeting him. Mrs Li came along asking if the two know each other. He just embarrassedly blurt out that he met her before but not another way round because she was unconscious or hospitalised. Then people would learned that NX actually in Coma at that high security hospital for over a year. Obviously they would be impressed and want to know why but they would not dare to ask. So there was no need for huge announcement and all those silly rumours about her disappearance can clear up slowly.
