The closest thing I've heard so far is that the contract specified hosting to the wuxiaworld website, which is not what you're stating here.

That's standard operate in contract contentions. You want to maintain normal operation as long as possible. It's the entire reason that injunctions exist.


On #3, QI has signed trash groups like Wuxiadream, whom poorly edit MTL rather than actually translate. They also have a history of sending death threats to TL's they are trying to intimidate into giving out their translations.
