I agree with all that you've posted in this thread. I do believe though his actions were more nefarious than just taking things out of context. Still, we all agree he's a horrible person for doing this.

On a side note, I can't believe this thread lasted as long as it has.

And yes, this can be considered invasion of privacy for whoever released this recording. Especially considering the fact that you literally stated at around 24:00 that it is a private conversation, and considering the content of the discussion, this is definitely an invasion of privacy. None of this information is in the public interest (at least as a trained journalist I wouldn't consider this in the public interest), and I can't see any non-corrupt court ruling that it is, and as such that this isn't invasion of privacy.

The best part about that whole recording is that Ren thinks he needs to do something for them to look like mud, while in reality they do everything in their might to do that themselves.

And wow, to have the balls to post these totally fine recordings with these shame- and baseless accusations is just... I don't even have words.

Also that really is a serious invasion of privacy, particularly when it's a recording of a conversation about buisness, that's plainly wrong.
