Yeah pretty much. It's just like how there are Asian comedians who make fun of themselves for being Asian. I'm sure there are some dark skinned people who find it offensive even though it's another dark skinned person who said it just like how some asians still find It offensive even if it's another asian. I used to be offended when Asian people made fun of Asian people but with so many people doing it, I just grew numb to it all.
