man theres been 6 free releases just today, and you're saying they're greedy? those are premium chapters, if you dont want to make an account to get free spirit stones or you dont want to pay for some, piss(excuse me) off and wait for them to unlock

 

I even tried to see if it was possible to crawl and scrape the locked chapter, no luck so far.

I just make a disposable account for the 100 free stones every time I run out. I'm not going to complain about it when there's such an easy work around.

 

or just wait for others to do this and post it on a diffrent site, thats easier just need to find a source

Does someone know how much they cut the free chapters of some novels? Heard they halved immortal mortal is it true?

 

I don't think it's that bad, you still have 10 daily stones by voting for something+ lucky draw + lucky draw with ad, which makes it about 30 free stones per day. and it's not like you read enough novels that have a lot of new locked chapters a day...

 

Hey its Qidian, no matter what they do if it has bad points, ppl will raise their torches.

 

As i see it with the new premium system you can read more now since usually some chapters are reserved for patreon. Supporting translators are good and I think that Its only fair however I hope that they Implement a way to earn more spirit stones the free ones you get daily are too little.

 

It's basically similar to the patreon system, just here you can atually unlock them for free. I only read one novel on qidian with this system, and have a free account. You don't need to buy any spirit stones to keep up with one novel, in fact, during a day, you can easily get 2-3 chapters worth of spirit stones for free.

The problem is, (I'm not sure if its true) they just cut the free chapters from release schedule and put them to premium, so you will get the same amount as always but need to pay.

Again not sure if its true.

 

They halved release that witch chapters, no idea about other novels but probably similar cases across the premium board.

 

I know, there is also no need to use it they are all free anyway. (what I read)

And not reading many new novels on qidian. still no need to do that, but in the future.. who knows.

 

I admit I did not know they had a premium for certain novels. I don't check the special posts for websites, except for forums on Novel updates. However, I think every single one of you that said I'm being whiny or ungrateful is stupid and did not fully understand my initial post. I was annoyed because they were going to make us pay to read instead of just watching ads. I thought they were trying to make even more money by sucking us dry literally. Honestly, its a pain to have to vote, make new account, etc. to get those stones. I would rather watch ads.

 

Yes. It used to release 3 chapters a day. Now it's 3 chapters that are locked and 1-2 unlocked chapters.

 

It's better imo, since i can also read premium for free. Patreon's nice, but I'm only willing to support so many TLers there

 

There are still 2 ad blocked chapters for super god gene i think, just premium (patreon equivalent) chapters available to unlock via spirit stones.
