I've had my fair share of CN and JP novels and come to a conclusion that they just can't bring anything new to the table. I'm tired of stories where plot controls the power level of the mc (xianxia) and beta male with negative IQ (JP novels). Korean novels seem to go into right direction, however they tend to follow the trends also... So I wan't a novel with a mc that has more than enough strength and preferably alone because of some circumstances. I don't want a novel where mc is emotionally tied into people and has to keep saving them because of his enemies. Late romance is ok. I've checked all the tags and I don't have much hope that people can come up with something new because I've gone through Royalroadl and NU like 99% however if there's that 1% or any other sites with original stories I'll be really grateful.
Best recommendation thread of the year award. But The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound is probably what you're looking for.
How long does it take for him to get op and how heavy is it on dungeon building, because i really don't like that stuff
I guess I'm a lurk too. I know some novels where the MC is alone for a period of time but has to be with people later. Wang Yu novels when the MC is alone he does some amazing story telling. When the MC with a group it straights up turn into shit.
he is not op , he use his brain and manipulate people and the world , he will have an army though but he will not be the "commander" himself. There is almost no "dungeon building" , it'll start with a focus on his own "army" then the war against humanity.
it's actually quite a good reccomendation , it's exactly what he is looking for , mc is not tied to "feelings" or anyone , he will not save people just because they look like "they need help" , he helped someone but she will become one of the richest girl later so it's for profits but he is not attached to her , just one way to get money. He will have a travel companion at some moment in the story but well......don't want to spoil but well he's still alone where I am ( 430).
The Tutorial Is Too Hard. And like anything, it depends on which you choose. There's nothing new because you choose those with nothing new, or come in expecting nothing new.
yeah if battle of wits are not your type of things , you might pass on this one , the mc here is not one who will go fight by himself.
Emperor's Domination. Although the MC has to save people from enemies, it never actually poses a problem for him. He NEVER gets the short end of the stick. He is OP AF from the beginning, and only gets more broken as time goes on. Also, all of his companions are only temporary, they will be left behind as the arcs progress.
