Given how Mars writes and ATG goes the chances are fairly high. Maybe by the end of the book when Yun Che is more powerful. I didn't read the latest chapter yet but I knew he wouldn't kill the wood spirit. So you have to think why he paid 400 million in the first place? Does he think he can use the wood spirits' nature power for the pellet without turning him into an orb? The sky poison pearl can do a lot of things when making pills.
Also I didn't read the chapter yet so I don't know if it states the wood spirit's name but I thought the wood spirit that was supposed to follow Yun Che was female. Either there is someone else or is it a TRAP? Or did Mars just change his mind since he wrote the ROTG notes?
