Imperfections, of which the Chinese name is 残次品, is written by Priest, the author of Guardians(镇魂 ),默读,杀破狼 and so on.

It's a romantic story about two men, Jingheng Lin, a Commodore of the First Galaxy, and Bixing Lu, a headmaster of the Eighth Galaxy. It's a bit of humorous, a bit of cyberpunk, a bit of sci-fi, and the thoughts this novel shows are well worth reading.

I meant adding the tag to this thread, or putting it in brackets alongside the thread title. I don't think there's a BL tag for novels, but you could tag it Yaoi or it's milder version Shounen Ai, depending on the content.

Could you tell me the specific differences between Yaoi and Shounen Ai? I've been always puzzled about these two genres.

 

From what I've heard, Yaoi= explicit sexual content, Shounen Ai= implicit sex. Yaoi is more hardcore than Shounen Ai (softcore).

No It's not a wuxia novel, so they would not cross their swords. Imperfections is set in the far future. However, it does have some war scenes if they are what you are looking forward to.

 

btw, wuxia in Chinese is 武侠, which means Kung Fu and heroes.

Sounds interesting. I'm not really that into this type of stuff, but the setting is interested so if the romance and interactions are fun then I'll read it. Added to my Plan to Read.

I'd suggest changing the
Status in COO
part, right now it says N/A but what should be there is the amount of chapters currently written in the original version, and whether it's completed by the author or not.

Next time you open up a new project discussion, you should put the danmei / yaoi text on the title so the normals would stay away.. with the thread already like this, the fujoshi would shy away from comenting .
