Death is probably the greatest fear because you don't know what happens after you die...the biggest unknown.

My greatest fear is to never be recognized and to be alone all the time. Sadly it´s always the worst fear that comes true......
At first Death came to my mind, but that comes later, I sincerely hope Since it is like that, I fear the dark. I enjoy night, where you can see something but I completely panic in the absolute darkness and for example have to completely light my way to the toilet at night or use the flash light of my handy and even then I get goosebumps. In every movie or game, most bad things happen in the darkness and every time I come around a corner at night, I think someone with a knife or maybe a zombie or sth. might be standing around there, waiting for me ... How pathetic I guess (Too many horror games and movies watched + too much imagination ) PS: that said, when a few years ago I really didn't enjoy sleeping without light, but sometime around I didn't care anymore. Seems like it gets better

That is part of the fear. Have you ever thought about what it would be like? Just...nothing. No thoughts, no memories, no nothing. Whats it like to just have the light off. Its an unknown.
To me human is just an accumulation of experience and information. Just like a computer, once it's broken it will no longer store any information. Emotions such as fear exist just like that. When it's end there's no worry, fear or anything. Emotions is for the living not the dead.
