Recommendations Something like Solo Leveling and/or The Gamer

    Preferably in manga form, but novels are also ok.
    I recently got Solo Leveling recommended to me, which then reminded me of the gamer in how it's abilities functioned.

    Basically I am looking for a similar webcomic/manga/manhua, last thing I want to note is that I'd like it if the system requires actual effort and feels important.
    Shameless systems, gourmet systems, these are not preferred.

    Thanks for suggestion, but I am not looking for an MMO, I am looking for a system that applies to the MC's real life and preferably has a twist unique to them or has the MC seemingly be the sole user of one at first.

    Different name for solo leveling, I found it on mangadex under solo leveling, but an alternative title for it is "I alone Level up"

    How about Life's Howling manga? It is written by same person as The Gamer and takes place in the same world.

    what does shameless system mean?
    by gourmet system, do you mean something like the consumption in re:monster?

    I recommend:
    Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o (the system is actually quite detailed)
    overlord (though manga doesn't go into detail yet)

    Since I mentioned novels being okay, I was referring to the systems that are similar to the fic with the same name.
    Same for gourmet system. There are Chinese webnovels with these names, and their systems aren't the ones I am looking for.

    The translator got a C&D the moment he made a wordpress. Lots of people are saying it’s cuz his translations showed up on here. Idk what’s gonna happen rn

    A bit different, but worthy to try:
    Siva series on Wattpad. So far 7 volumes already, writing improves as well as the length of volumes on the later ones

    There is a mix or VR and reality, secrets/tragedy, op-ness, etc etc there
