Ok, I'm pretty sure that this topic has arised multiple times already and I've checked it but it's been long time since anyone posted anything in that thread. Anyway what I'm seeking for is the hidden gem/ relatively unknown novel that is not in the top ranking but you think is such a beautiful story that need to be known and spread to the whole world.
Im seeking for such novel to quench my hunger after reading reverend-insanity, which I think one of the best novel ever, hoping to find such good novel to read.
    Plz help me

I enjoyed Warlock of the Magus World, and it's similar in some ways to Reverend.

    Sadly it is super short

Neither are hidden gems as all of them are pretty well known.

Grasping Evil can be considered a hidden jewel. The romance is much better than others of the same genre out there. Unfortunately, the translation is very slow.

The Record of Unusual Creatures is a really good novel, probably one of the best hidden jewel I had read. If you are in sci-fi and fantasy this noovel should fit your taste.

It's still the best book on NU, and it's much more highly acclaimed than anything else here. Moreover, it's probably the most influential Chinese novel of the last hundred years. Just about every other Chinese writer has read this book, and it's actually rare to see a webnovel that doesn't borrow anything from it. Anyways, it's an excellent book that anyone interested in Chinese novels should read.

Is "Reverend Insanity" really that good. Everything I've seen on that book points to the fights as the highlight, but I don't really care about how good fights are, so is it still worth reading?

The protagonist is a cunning, calculating, schemer and a cold blooded monster, what is good about the novel aren't the fights per se but the schemes of the MC and the way he takes revenge on his foes, which is not not your typical kind of cultivation novel, as such many who read the novel would get affected by the cruel personalities of the characters and the even crueler brutal personality of the MC

More of less this. While Reverend Insanity can sometimes be boring in the middle of the book, endings are great.
On the other hand, it is sad. Pursuit of the Truth was so good, that it ruined and is still ruining all other stories for me.
