It's not that I don't like playing mafia at NUF, but when 8 of 13 players -including myself- have posted less than 15 posts within 11~12 hours, then you can already tell that this game will be as silent as the other ones. People might get confused, angry, toxic and whatnot, but it is all (in my opinion) acceptable as long as there is progress. However, NUF is an infant --no, a toddler when it comes to forum mafia. It simply doesn't have the experience as a whole. A minority might stick around for a long time, and be called "veterans" by the newbies, but the majority will be an ever-replacable newbies who don't know how to play. What we're more likely going to do is nurture the younglings of the present so that they can play better in the future. ...this might sounds "good", but what's in it for us when our "present game" is not our "best game"? What's in it for us when the players we worked so hard to raise just leaves forum mafia?
