You can see the latest changes in the Edit Logs: https://www.novelupdates.com/nu-edit-logs/
But that's for all the novels, so finding all changes to a series won't be easy.

Whoa! This was pretty neat that I can highlight the words and directly reply to that. How does someone abuse the likes system anyway?

I guess an example could be liking and disliking bunch of posts for no reason. People would probably still get notifications (at least, if they were online).

You can make a tons of clones and like all your main acc posts with your clones, quickly amassing a crazy amount of likes.

Or you can do that, but against another person to flood them in alerts.

    Sorry, I meant unliking.
It would - that's why we could report it upon noticing.
There are ways of doing it without being noticed, but if you care enough to use them, you've got problems xD
Yeah, I thought multiple accs is a banable offense in itself. Weird that it isn't.
Friend? What's that? A mythical creature? xD
But all kidding aside, involving other people is even worse, IMO. You both get in trouble.

    There are precedents... >.>
There isn't really any reason to stop people from using multiple accounts, really. Let them have their fun.

As long as you don't use them to harass others or to evade bans, all is well.

isn't this already covered by sockpuppet rules?
How can you tell that apart from actually liking every post someone made?

Unlikely, but even it it happened, they wouldn't only like posts by one person and nobody else, right?
I mean, even in fairly new threads, if you were to only give a single like to that best one of current replies, it wouldn't always be the same person who wrote that...

Oh, yes definitely. If someone is that gang ho about giving out likes like candy they should be liking a lot of people

What do you mean sockpuppet rules? I believe NUF has no such rules.
Stalk them enough and you can find out, though some people are harder to find than others.

An odd oversight, and I am also seeing there is no rule 0 - do not do obviously illegal, stupid, or harmful to forum things.

That said, just because a site's rules happen to not explicitly state rule 0 does not mean it is not in effect.
it would just fall under unwritten rules. The rules cannot plan for every eventuality. I mean I notice the rules say nothing about not using the site to traffic illegal weapon and drugs, or organize assassins for the mafia. There is also no rule explicitly saying "do not try to bypass a ban using some tech solution to trick our site into thinking you are someone else". And there is no rule against stealing someone else's account. and no rule about trying to get a government to shut down the site...

Yet despite none of those things being explicitly listed on the rules, they all fall under rule 0 which all forums do. Even if they did not explicitly specify.

Okay, so... I had to google what Sockpuppet means since you didn't answer, and uhn... I guess it would mean an account that impersonates someone else?

That's fine actually. We already had a Trump acc, and a PewDiePie acc, for example.

As for impersonating other users, there were a handful that did that too, and that was also fine. Though only as long as it was all fun and games of course, if it was used to harass someone, then it got banned quickly.

The only impersonating acc that the forums don't really allow are accs impersonating mods, stuff like @parth37956 got banned pretty quickly for example, as those could actively confuse users and stuff... That said, some users mimicked mods' avatars and stuff to cause confusion and those weren't a problem either.

So... Yeah, impersonating others is mostly fine on NUF, really.

I'm fairly certain that wherever you heard that they were referring to one of the third party apps, which are not recommended (can mess up your lists).

But you could use an RSS Reader for that purpose. RSS links are by the list settings.

    Question :
Are threads and comments are considered as posts?
