Dummy Novels is looking for friendly people to join our growing team. We would like to invite more translators to join us and help spread BL & Fluff. Please take your time to read through and visit our site/discord for more information. This thread will be updated in the future~

We are looking for:

• Translators
• Editors

Translators

• No experience required
• Need to pass a short test
• If you are already translating/have your own site but are interested to join us, we’ll help you migrate your chapters over
• Looking for BL translators only
• You can choose your own series or pick up one from our list of suggestions!
• We’ll handle everything else site-wise. Next chapter and TOC links are auto-generated. You can focus on translating
• able to post at least 1-3x a week

Editors & Proofreaders

• We are currently unable to offer any monetary remunerations for editors but we have plenty of advanced chapters and a friendly team

We've opened editors and proofreaders positions! Please join us so that our current editors can finally sleep We're also still looking for translators

 

I am a non-native English speaker and these days I am spending a decent amount of time on novels, so I would like to try something as an experience. No salary requirements as of now. My only concern is that I might need a bit of buffering time to settle in as I haven't done it in the past. Do you think I'll be able to qualify for the test?

 

Hello, you are welcome to learn on the job with us. Not quite sure what you mean by buffering time, but if you're unsure as to how to start immediately, we have a couple of guidelines in place to help you get started and positions such as co-editor is also available so you can work alongside other editors. You are welcomed to take the test and you can also let us know if you have any concerns then.^_^
