So this is what Daphne said when she encountered the part 2 male lead who was trying to assasin Chloe in the original novel. And This time too he came to assasin. So ricarda and lennox wanted to kill him. But Daphne stopped them since she didn't want him to be killed and also since he looked like he was hypnotised by someone to kill chloe. So they thought that keeping him in jail would be better. So to twist part two she needs to be nice to the male lead. Btw Which colour is the eye of the guy in cover? Ok, i will just overview, till ch 7 since that's the latest ch, the translator posted. Well, she was born in the novel, so its not a transmigration but a reincarnation. She remembered her past life after she was born there. For the mother, don't have much details, cuz its just said she had something to do with the slums children and also she bothered Eunice ( the fl lead also known as bishh) The mother is the butterfly ( revealed in my spoiler above) For the novel, i hope it goes in the direction of revenge, and takes revenge on the(duke her father and the bishh fl and also the evil nursery ) but Daphne also deserves all the love she missed for all those 7 years of abuse. I feel like, if she didn't have the past memory, she would not be able to suffer the abuse and already die.
