I agree, that's part of the reason that I voted for them this early because there is still plenty of time for him to respond to me.

But at the same time, if there are no votes on them. Where is the incentive for them to respond.

Again, this is under the situation that they have seen it. With regards to D1, I would rather gather information on people that I know for sure are present/online.
