Looking for some good bl novels with a strong plot focus. Romance can and should still happen, but it shouldn't be the main focus.
Maybe something about solving mysteries/crimes, or infinite flow style.

something like Card Room or The Earth is Online in terms of plot and/or plot focus

Live Action Murder Mystery: I'm currently reading it, and I find the MC and ML well-written, the cases are complicated and the mystery behind the system is deep.

surprised no one recommended Founder of Diabloism (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation).
also Little Mushroom, Welcome to the Nightmare Game, Escape the Infinite Chamber, Silent Reading, and maybe Global University Entrance Exam (its better in the second half than the first imo).
there are more but I've been reading horror and infinite flow lately so that's what comes to mind.

It helps if you make your reading list public so that people know what you’ve already read. Aside from the ones already recommended:

    Trial Game of Life
    High Energy QR Code
    Paintings of Terror
    Guardian
    Criminal Psychology
    Psychic

Some of these I've read already (Global University was SO good), but some I haven't read yet! thank you so much for your rec ^^

Thank you for your recs, Guardian and Criminal Psychology seem right up my alley, surprised I did not find them before.
and hmmm i know it's easier to find new recs if my reading list is public, but i really don't feel comfortable when ppl can always see what i'm reading :blobsweat:

Guardian even has a live-action adaptation lol. As for making a list, if you don’t feel comfortable sharing everything you read, you can make separate Reading Lists. Or you could make a rec list for the category you’re asking about. For example, you can make a rec list for “BL Novels with plot, mainly mystery/crime/UF etc” and then share that in your thread. I assume you wouldn’t feel worried about people seeing that you’ve read those since you’re admitting it in the thread already. It’s just a lot more helpful so that people aren’t wasting time recommending things you’ve already read. Plus then you can share the Rec lists to others that are looking for similar things in the future.
