Just a question of curiosity I guess~ Mine are pretty long, They usually take around 1h. I can take 40min if I try rushing, but that's about as fast as I can get. ... Nobody in my family understands how I can take this long because they usually shower in about 15min... Well, I can't understand how they can shower that fast! >.< ... AFAIK most people do shower a lot faster than me though... >.> Oh, and in the days I wash my hair, they tend to take around 3h because it takes forever to untangle my hair... I changed products recently and it started getting better though. My last one was about 1h40min long, which was honestly unprecedented to me. Fastest I had gotten before was 2h30min long~ Anyways, how long do your showers take~?
That's very abnormal. Just take a bath them. Gotta make calculations but that would be less water probably.
Anywhere from 5 minutes to 35 or so minutes. Takes longer if I want to relax, think, de-stress or something. Plus hot showers is
You must be racking up quite the water bill with a duration like that. Personally I'd take about 10 minutes on average, but it can be done in a couple if I need to and don't care about letting the heat of the water sink into my bones.
It's baths for me. I feel a bit panicked when closed in a small room with a small but very prominent stream of water that is always either too cold or too hot hitting my face.
Ah, there is that~ I always take hot showers, and I always end up being pretty relaxed in my showers~ Even if I know I'm late for something, I just can't help relaxing while showering~ The first one was because I really wanted to hear what other people thought~ This one... Well, it's really basic curiosity. I remember asking other girls about it and most of them took showers that were a lot faster than mine... So I wanted to know if there were more oddballs like me that always took forever~ I save up money on literally everything I can. I reserve myself the right to make one exception for showers because I need at least one time in the day I can relax at... >.> But yeah... My water/energy bills are high... *shivers* *hugs* Can't say I understand the feeling, but glad baths work for you! ^^)/ Long Shower Comrade! *glomps* Mom often scolded me about it when I lived with her too... orz
Think they take me anywhere between 40min to an hour, never really been able to get comfortable with doing it quicker than that.
10 minutes. Longest maybe 30 minutes, thats because after working overnight, i need that long hot shower to contemplate why do i work this hard for and why do i have to wake up so fckng early everyday to go to work. Otherwise 10-15 minutes is fine.
How is that even possible? I can see taking a long time if you doze off under the water, or get busy working on yourself, but taking 40 minutes when you're just washing up? Hell it only takes me about 15 minutes to wash a sink full of dirty dishes. I'm talking a scouring every inch of a half dozen pots and pans with a stiff brush. Cleaning a sink full of dirty dishes is a lot more work than cleaning your body in the shower. So I don't see how you can possible take forty full minutes just to clean yourself.
1 min to wet myself 1 min to soap my body and hair 1 min to wash the soap anymore and you are just wasting water
On working/busy days, I am done within 5-10 minutes. On days like holidays when I don't have to wash my hair, it takes roughly abt 20-30 minutes. On days when I gotta wash my hair, it takes more than 30 minutes. Showering is so da~mn goooo~~oood.
20 minutes. I don't have hot water, and being exposed to cold water for too long easily trigger my asthma attack. I try to do it as fast as possible, so I don't have to take another inhalation of asthma medication. Commuting to the other city to work means that I have to wake up and shower before 4 AM, and return home after 6 PM. So long shower is not an option, honestly.
