You'll never make me give up nice, juicy, succulent human flesh. Taste like chicken, but there is way more of it! I don't advise sourcing said flesh from the United States though. Tends to be a bit on the fatty side.

Shows what you know, America has fatty, pen-raised meat, as well as the leaner free-range, and even some flavorful vegan alternatives to each.

I already knew this, and I think the rest of you probably know this too, but for posterity I feel that I should note the following: We are all terrible people.

Also, I recommend rinsing your human meat before consumption if it's been exposed to the internet. It'll be far too salty otherwise.

What a silly thing. Given the way I tend to play Stellaris and Rimworld, suggesting I'm terrible is such a rude thing to say.

Even the terrible people don't deserve that.

I think you meant "pre-seasoned". Doesn't even need a brine

I once read about an island whose inhabitants had a tradition of eating their beaten enemies hearts to get their strength. It was done with rituals and was respectful to the dead enemy. So if it's cultural (and the people you are eating have the tradition too) and respectful to the death I don't see a problem

The Maori had a tradition of cannibalism as well, though eating enemies wasn't a way of respect, it was an insult, turning them into human shit, literally.

Hannibal also did that. Though it was more of a culinary thing for him. Frickin obnoxious YouTube/TV "chefs"

Speaking about "preseasoned," be sure to stay away from Florida, especially that served by Morgan and Morgan. That company pushes for certain "herbs and spices" that's been shown to have serious side-effects, like making folks think they're crocodiles and such.

Morgan and Morgan: "For the people" (Huff and puff) "MAN!"

And people complained when Riley's soul got shattered... This is a reminder that Riley's a guy who would wipe out an entire sentient race, not for money, "protecting his people," revenge, or even fame and glory, but simply to stick it to Heinz "by showing he's better." Really looking forward to seeing it illustrated when he's in Van's hands, screaming how it's all not his fault and begging for his unlife.

To be fair, worse people than Riley have become Van's allies with no fanfare. His standards are really arbitrary.

The standards are: If you try to hurt my people and refuse to see the error of your ways, you die. Maybe you become a ghost slave after you die, maybe I eat your soul. Either way, you die.

chaotic alignment my friend, the same applies to hatner still standing, sometimes everything is based on how they get up one day or what Van and his people are infatuated with.

although I can say that if it has some standards that are inviolable, one of them is not to free a threat to the world (although ironically if there is a very large exception, although it was by neutralizing it at that time it could harm third parties).

But Isla was spared despite trying to hurt his people and her repentance being 100% death attribute charm and Gubamon was not even though he was totally willing to serve Van. So the people he shows mercy to depends entirely on his mood.

Oh, and Rickert being soul broken even though Sleygar wasn't. At least with Ervine it's because Van assumed he'd team kill again or something if he felt it was a good idea, but we got nothing for Rickert, who just seemed a bit whiny but was otherwise not in favor of the mission.

Isla had nothing to do with the death of his parents. Gubamon was the boss of the vampires that killed his parents. Also Isla never actually managed to hurt any of his subjects before she died. Van is very arbitrary about his rules but having anything to do with his parents' death is a surefire way you are getting soulbroken.
