Hi, I'm looking for cultivation/levelling stories where the MCs are usually creators. Something like I Have Medicine (Pill Refining), Divine Card Creator/Master of the Star Trading Card Game (Card Cultivation), or A VIP as Soon as You Log In (Blacksmithing/Artifact Creation). I also would like if they weren't necessarily super strong in the beginning, but grow to be super overpowered. Though I listed A VIP as Soon as You Log In, I would prefer not to read any Harems(but if the leveling system is interesting, I'll still read it!) and doesn't have to be a BL either, but if there is romance, I would like it to be a slow burn or a subplot. I just really wanna enjoy the world building or the leveling up system, I suppose. I usually drop the series once the MC becomes overpowered though, because then it's not about them getting stronger and I lose interest. Bonus points if it's not just the MC getting stronger! Please and thanks!
Grasping Evil… The power system is very interesting and the manner in which the concepts behind dao enlightenments are dealt with is splendid! It’s a slow burn at the start but just keeps on getting better from there on… Well and his resolve with getting stronger is as strong as it could be even at where the story is at now… This novel contains a harem element but it’s more of a cycle of meeting, parting and reuniting… And add the element of reincarnation through the Samsaric Cycle and the encounters only become more poignant… Most ostensibly illogical happenings early on are explained rather satisfactorily later on… He’s capable of both refining artefacts and pills, but those are more of means to an end than being his primary pursuits… Do give it a try if it piques your interest.
