And apparently she was pregnant when she escaped, she meets up with the ML again four months or so later. Spoiler: ML Lee Seokheon is the male lead, he thinks he has been dating the MC all this time, however, he doesn't know that she thinks he only sees her as his sexual flirt. He is very much in love and proposes to her, but is devastated when he leaves, he finds her after 4 months after getting permission from her grandfather (this last I read in a naver blog) she apparently tells him that the child is not his, but he doesn't care and takes her with him anyway. Spoiler: Chapter 36 - manwha This might not be accurate, I might be totally wrong but I think he gets mad at her after reading her texts with someone about giving that person a gift (not sure). Then, he sees their baby’s ultrasound and believes that’s the gift she’s talking about. So, he forces himself on her; she tries to explain him that it was for him but this idiot doesn’t believe her, probably, because she lied at first. But it’s still not right. Again, this might be wrong.
