I'm currently reading this (chapter 89) and story similar with these works;
Mr queen, The Ceo's Villainess Childhood Friend, There were times i wish you dead.
(Similar point: Ml and Fl share a childhood tragedy moment and separate. But later another bitch appear as if "I am the person who you looking for!" Then fl like... the little mermaid.)
I like MC but Ml has no charm. Too cold.
In original story probably Leah remember Devan and loved him till the end but because she doesn't openly told him, he believe Olina was the one and fall in love.
Oh how i wish to see him suffer after learning Olina was the fake. And Leah was dead.

 

Who tf is Olina ? Is she a commoner or a noble or what ?

 

So is there no development after 89 chapters?

- Firstly she is not a possessor. She was a time traveler but because of potion she drink, there was a side effect. She thinks her memories before time travel, a novel's story. All she remember her name Oh Soo Jin, 24 years old. a plain office worker and break up with her boyfriend whom being together for 8 years.

- Original female lead Ollina was not even a human being. She created by Queen. She used a devil and her power and create a doll who looks very like Leah and even her voice was similar with her. And her creation reason was Devan. Separate him from Leah. Who Queen wants to kill the most.

- Because main villain actually was the Queen. She killed the emperor and blame empress. (How did she do that? With a spell she wear empress's face and body) so everyone believed what they see. Except Leah. Who she see wearing spell, a white bead on Queens clothes.

- Leah's father was know her daughter a witness and with a will, he commit suicide.

-Devan engage with her to protect her. He actually loves her from the start but when he was young there is a child he meet while he was in a cage. He could not forget her.

- This child was of course Leah but she didn't tell him until the end because of guilt. And Devan couldn't recognize her because she wear a cape and use a herb for change her voice.

- So in the past Ollina use her memory from her stolen diary and behave like Leah. Call Devan "Dane" like that child and with mind spell made him fall in love with her.

- Devan actually pay too much attention on Leah but behave cold hearted and like there is nothing to do with her, too indifferent. (This was the point made me angry. until chapter 89)
He even said "I don't want you in my future" to Leah. (I want to slap him here.)
And other side he wants her to wait for him. Not leave him. love him.
And exchange for it he gives nothing. So she was so done and wants to break up.

-She has 3 brothers. Eldest Lucio, seems cold but he was the one most love Leah. Leno, indifferent tsundere and Ariel most energetic and shows his love for her sister the most. And Devan's friend. He tease him all time when they meet. Call him "thief" and says him to return his Leah.

-Devan has 3 brothers too. Eldest one, emperor, loves Leah like his own sister. (But somebody thinks he love her as a woman. I think thats not the case but he remain single till the end of the novel) He calls Devan "Youngest or My puppy " he wants to become a nice uncle for his future nephews.
Second a Pope and he knew Leah is a time traveler. He helps her for her memories and her revenge. He looks like Devan.

And Half brother Nyx or Nicks, he is a magician and Tower Lord. we can say he is sub ml. He first appear as a cat and Leah play with him. And later we learn he was the one who made potion.
He betray Leah in the past. He wants to save her mother (Queen) with that potion. He hope his mother came back to him.
He should have make a poison to kill queen. Deal with Leah was like that but Cadel change tea cups and Leah end up drinking potion.
She thinks that potion was poison but turns back in time.


- Devan realize his feelings for Leah was love (finally) in chapter102.

- There is a few funny and exciting scenes but i'll give you first kiss.

This scene after Leah escape from Devan's place and they coincidently meet in church.

- Leah tried to break up until the end. But Devan didn't leave her alone.
(Her one reason for break up was Pope see in bible, Devan has two woman in his destiny. One Leah and other one is has surname Barbone(?) same with Ollina. So she couldn't be sure Devan really love her. She thinks he later can love someone has surname barbone and don't trust him.)

- in the finale scene Devan said "There was no a day I'm not love you."
And ask her to marry him.
Leah did not give him a reply but the atmosphere of the two was lovely.

Aaand i need a side story. Everyone need a side story because romance scene was not enough.

 

Wow, sounds 'lovely' and all. Basically, whether she lives in happiness or die cruelly, depends on whether that p.o.s. realizing he loves her or not. Yeah, not reading this. Thanks for the spoiler.

 

I mostly wrote about things people made angry but Ml was not that trash and story not about to love entirely.
Leah didn't love him like she die for his love. She was has other worries.

 

Does the ML suffer enough? And does he know he was a reason for FL’s death in the previous tl? Did it get resolved the fact there’s only 2 women in his destiny?
