let me try to answer.

1. Cedric's first reaction is surprised and unhappy, because he thinks of other who'll try get close to dalia because of this power. It makes dalia sad because she thinks her power not helping him

1a. Yes it works on cedric. He's happy because dalia care for him, but he also anxious with other who wanr her power. Of course he loves her even without that power.
It happened just before the climax with asheras.cedric looks tired after using magic to protect all transcendant against divine power.
Why dalia never use it to cedric before, its because cedric always looks fine with his power, so dalia thinks he didnt need purify.

2. She used to cedric being her friend. She feels cedric already became precious for her, just like hikan and adisha. So she try to make cedric off from dying route. She didnt want cedric to died. And one day when she think cedric would die, she cry out all night. I think she realised slowly that she likes him. but she kinda postponed telling cedric about that since cedric no longer confess his love after declare he's okay being friend first.

2a. She finally tell him one night.cedrix outside her window, she's on the balcony. She asked cedric to fly her downstairs, and she is barefoot, cedric summoned bathup and put dalia there (lol), and summoned blanket. And dalia said that she's okay with getting engage to cedric. Cedric is so happy and hug her. Dalia also hug his neck. Cedric kiss near her lips (why not the lip, i think he afraid he cant hold himself). This is happened before climax asheras.

3. Cedric proposed a long time after the climax. 2 years after, they still lovers without official engagement. It happned in side story 2. Dalia tried to make hikan and adisha couple, and cedric try to propose after that. He prepared ring. But then lewayne prank them by psycho magic that make cedric cant lie. Cedric tried to cancel his plan and take dalia home because he's aftraid he say the wrong word. But dalia... Who curious as what cedric thinks (since the long awaited proposal didnt coming), asked cedric about whether cedric want to marry her, and cedric said yes that he prepares a ring. So, the proposal is ruined..lol.. But dalia happy, so cedric happy too. And after that, seems like they snu snu.. Maybe..

3a. Well.. Yes the emperor happy. He find out since cedric and dalia keep being partner in every ball. But he didnt ask or encouraged them. He let their feeling flows naturally. I like the emperor for that..

4. No. After many of his regression, he no longer feels love for adisha. He just regard her as someone he want to protect and happy. Lewayne feels closer to dalia, since dalia is his saviour. He even say dahlia is the daughter of his heart and ask dalia to call him dad
