Just wanted to know if yall have ever successfully dragged anyone into the the rabbit hole of webnovels? Spoiler: Personally I managed to get 2/3 of my sisters reading them
... *patpat* TIL hypersniper doesn't have friends BTW, I'm just countering the propaganda tag that says aho is pregnant lmao
Rather than webnovels, I had dragged my friend down the krn webtoon rabbit hole. She wanted to practice korean, I suggested she check out webtoons since there are pictures and words. It will be more fun to read, and many have english translations already so she can refer to both. In the end, she ended up just enjoying webtoons haha
Im a closeted web novel and manga reader. When asked on what books i read, i say things like audiobook about self-help etc. Also don't have any friends! People are too busy living their life. Friends aren't real like how birds aren't!
Actually and sadly no, I have tried many a times to make my friends into this webnovel world, thinking after they like it I can just squeeze them in nuf and then I won't be lonely here~! But no! They read just one or two webnovel and gone~ I dun like reading blehhhhh ugh stoopid friends!
Here is the first post mentioning that Aho is pregnant https://forum.novelupdates.com/thre...cts-more-than-just-people-and-animals.130897/ She must have recently given birth, again.
I've successfully dragged two friends through the dirt and both of them have talked to me about how they can't see anything shorter than 100 chapters as a full story anymore... Both of them read manwha/published novels in the past, I've been progressively recommending novels with more and more chapters, at least textbooks are easier to get through now, so I helped in some way.
@Welcome to the Abyss but the downside is that sometimes youll read through the textbook too fast and realize you have no idea what youve read
Speed reading is also a good skill, they have hit the point where their eyes work before their brains, reading words they don't even mean to read, 10/10
