take the author of LOTM as an example, it is commendable how he managed to patch up a lot of the flaws of TMA in LOTM, but it is also suprising how he f*cked up harder on LOTM's ending with basically throwing out all the build up that led to that point

The ending of lotm made no sense to me

He kept saying that outermost gods were way too powerful to be seen or touched directly
Yet last chapter he appears locked in some basement like some animal and his tentacles give his niece a high five or someshit. Like what lolol. And the fan boys tripping over themselves to justify it

imo history is infinitely better than subs with computations since you only need to memorize certain terms and names

For me here, history is more about memorising the customs and events along with numerous names which are similar to each other. I find it as hard as everything else, though everything is hard.
