"So you want to know why I am here? Well, that will take a while, but I guess that won't stop you. When I was just wee baby, I was abandoned, left on the side of a dirt road out East. It was then that a man I will be forever indebted to, Father Smith, rode along that dirt road and heard my cries. He took me to his Church, washed me, fed me, and cared for me until I was self sufficient. Here, I learned of the Holy Spirit, Luminous. I grew up memorizing every verse of the Holy Book of the Worship of Luminous, while toiling in the fields, save for Sunday, since I was 8.
I grew up with very few friends, and the ones I did have were nowhere near my age. Father Smith would usually send me on different errands around the city, and I was not allowed to stop until I reached my destination. It was because of this, I did not have any children friends, as they were outside playing. By the time I had reached 16 years of age, I knew of the views of my country, and had a conflicting opinion. Over time I had learned every verse in the Holy Book of the Worship of Luminous, and was taught to interpret it in my own way. Even though I still have love in my heart for the people of the Holy Kingdom, I interpreted Luminous' Word to be for All, not just Man. Father Smith knew of this, and respected my decision when I left the Holy Kingdom to teach other races if Luminous' Will.
