Full Character Information
Appearance: Bright Red Hair that reaches a bit below her chin, generally wears light clothes in tones of white and yellow. Has a classic white Witch hat on her head that is tied with a simple string.
Magical Origin: Fire
Specialty: Fire magic; Magical Arrays; Arcane MagicFiery Gloves: By imputting a small amount of Mana, the gloves will create a magical semi-permanent fire that floats midair, she can make up to 10 fires at once (one for each finger), and the flames can be extended by moving her fingers around. Those flames are completely useless against pretty much anything, and even at close quarters they would barely damage anyone. Its only purpose is to make magical arrays mid-air. The flames last for as long as she imputs her Mana on it.
Witch's Broom: The classic, has arcane arrays incrusted on it that allow the caster to fly by putting Mana into it. A pretty generic item actually, but it's hard to home-make it.Aria's spells are all magical arrays that she needs to draw (usually with her gloves, but can also be knitted, painted with ink, draw with a stick on mud, or pretty much any other way).
They are generally a lot more Mana-efficient and customizeable than other spells due to the necessity of making an array for them, but the big cast time is a terrible disadvantage.
All her spells with small cast time are made to use both of her hands, though it can also be done with a single one.
Spell Name: Fireball
Spell Type: Offensive
Spell Description: A pretty simple spell that comes from an array of 5-10 different flames intertwined together in a multiple spirals shape.
The spell itself is a ball of fire that flies on a straight direction, smaller changes on the array can change: the size of the fireball, if it explodes or not, the size of the explosion, heat of the fireball and range of the fireball.
It doesn't consume much Mana normally, but can still cost quite a bit if she tries to make really big explosions, her record is a fireball with 1m radius and 10m radius of explosion after 200m flight.
Usual cast time: 1-2s
Spell Name: Jump!
Spell Type: Support
Spell Description: A simple magical array that gives a huge impulse on whoever steps on it, making them jump really high.
Can also be used as a makeshift barrier if timed correctly, but this is almost impossible to work out as it only lasts a second.
Generally needs 4 fingers to make it due to the size of the circle, but it can be done with 2.
Usual Cast Time: 3-6s
Spell Name: Firestorm
Spell Type: Offensive
Spell Description: This is a spell Aria never used, and only made theoretically, it needs an array that is as big as a mansion, which obviously means it can't be done by maintaining the fires from her gloves.
It would create a hellfire that would devastate everything on its path, the scary part of this spell is that it should last for 10 minutes before it exhausted Aria's Mana, and the area it would affect would be as big as a small village, but it would be moveable by changing small parts of the array in real time.
The range of it is hard to measure, theoretically, it should be able to hit anywhere for as long as Aria can pinpoint the location and direct the array to cast the spell there, it's unknown if bigger distances would change the Mana Cost.
Usual Cast Time: Some hours, probably.
Spell Name: Flame Elemental Summon
Spell Type: Summoning
Spell Description: Summons an elemental from the plane of fire and makes a pact of mutual help with it for as long as the spell lasts. She offers Mana in exchange for the elemental's aid.
Usually summons a Fire Fairy to have someone to talk to.
Small summons can last a few days before draining her Mana fully, big ones can last a few minutes at best.
The size and complexity of the array varies a huge lot depending on what type of elemental she wishes to summon, so the casting time has a big variation.
Usual Casting Time: 10 minutes to a few hours.
Spell Name: Healing Flame
Spell Type: Healing
Spell Description: A spell that works with the principle of a Phoenix's revival, it burns something living to nothing and brings it back in full health. It can't restore lost body parts unless the entire body is burnt. It can't revive the dead.
The pain from the spell is thousands of times worse than death, so she keeps the spell's existence a secret.
