I thought the guy in the avatar was just petting his cat... But yeah, I find being an otaku a sense of pride. I have watched over 250 full anime series, I haven't read a lot of manga but I am at like 50+ series completed or stacking chapters to binge. With light novels/web novels I am currently following about 70 series so I believe I hold my otaku title strongly.
