Rather tall and muscular, Cooper is an easy to notice, but also easy to forget person with no outstanding features. His presence is small so people sometimes forget he is there even though he was standing there for five minutes already.

From the Trading Port city of Iha, Cooper went around taking any job he could in order to make enough money to enter the new world. Not knowing his father ever since he was born, he struggled to take care of his mother all throughout his childhood. Unfortunately, she passed away around the time he became eight. It was at this time that he decided to change his fate.

It took him nearly 20 years, but he finally made his way to the new world in hopes of changing not only his fate, but the lives of the people he left back in Iha. It was only after coming to Rafasa that Cooper found out just how oppressed they truly were. An unassuming stranger brought him to the Rafasa Liberation Movement and gave him a chance to truly help. With his experience and tenacity, Cooper will do all he can to change this world and give his friends back in Iha a new place to call home.
