    There is pressure in the feet and thigh, the resting to the back as some orbs that move and massage the back. Problem is, it's pressure is less weaker and a lot of parts are not massage like the shoulder and forehead. Which where the body stress usually gathers.

  Excuse me. One question, in what chapter of BTTH manhua can i find the revenge fight agains the girl that tried to divorce from the MC.     I recommended the manhwa ch. 54 so you can slowly how the MC get revenge with the ex-fiance. The fight starts on ch. 74.

    An hour would be considered a nap though?
    Best nap time is 20-45 minutes or else you will get groggy.
    Sleeping time should be around 7-8hours though some might take 4hours due to work
