Still wondering if I should read the book Ren is currently translating. First chapter was kind of boring when I first read it a few years ago so dunno.

Currently waiting for the mass release of Not Easy to be a Man to be uploaded at the underground.

What else should I say...uhm...it's kind of amazing how I can still read shitty novels at this point in time. Started on 2015 and still have more than 5 novels currently reading. Surprising..

... I didn't like Perfect Blue, I believe it was Satoshi Kon's first film (both directing and writing), I felt that he only truly develop his style/way after Millenium actress, or even around Tokyo Godfathers...

To me, Paranoia Agent and Paprika, was the crowning jewel of Satoshi Kon's career. But that's just my opinion.

I have only watched Perfect Blue and Paprika and between them, I think Perfect Blue is better. I can't explain why that is, though, since it has been so long since I've last watched Paprika. I think it has more to do with how heavier the surrealism is in Paprika? In my perspective, at least.

Oh right! I've also watched Millennium Actress, too! That's a great movie, that's for sure. I just don't know why you think Paprika is better, though. Maybe, again, it has to do with the surrealism which lost me in many instances??

lol. I can't though. Classes already started and a prof of mine required us to study what we learned last sem (russian language class), and I still haven't reviewed/studied yet. So, I must first finish binge reading Skyfire Avenue before reviewing. So no time to join.
